Designed for families who want a simpler custom costume without compromising on fit or quality, this option offers a streamlined way to get a one-of-a-kind look using in-studio materials and a simplified design process — all at a flat rate.

Basic custom design choices — select from neckline, sleeve style, skirt placement, and length.
Fit:
Made-to-measure sizing for Girls’ XS–XL and Women’s XS–XL.
Fabric:
Fabrics are selected from my in-studio inventory, helping you save without sacrificing performance or quality.
Design Sketches:
Includes one design sketch to help visualize your costume before construction begins.
Construction:
A basic unlined bodysuit with your selected neckline, sleeve type, and skirt placement.
Sew-On Glass Crystals:
Available as optional add-ons.
Price:
Flat rate for Girls’ or Women’s sizing. This tier offers a simplified and affordable custom design using in-studio materials.
Turnaround Time (TAT):
Standard 6-week turnaround from finalized measurements, fabric selection, and design approval. A rush fee applies for shorter timelines.
Optional Add-Ons:
Customize further with full lining, sew-on glass or Preciosa crystals, appliqués, or embellishments — all priced separately.
Handmade in Canada:
Handmade in Canada with fabric sourced from both Canadian and international suppliers.

Costume Making Process
Consultation & Measurement:
After receiving your order, we’ll schedule a 30-minute consultation to discuss your ideas, the athlete’s needs, and their program. I’ll take measurements and we’ll select fabrics from my in-studio inventory. If you’d like to add any optional upgrades, we’ll review them at this stage. To proceed, a signed statement of work and full payment are required. A payment plan is available (deposit at booking; balance at pickup).
Design:
We’ll collaborate to create a custom look using simple, proven elements suited to in-studio fabrics. I’ll prepare one design sketch for review. Once finalized, changes may affect turnaround time or add-on options.
Patterning, Fabric Selection & Construction:
Once approved, I’ll draft a custom pattern and construct the costume according to the athlete’s measurements.
Fitting & Embellishment Planning:
We’ll schedule one in-person fitting to confirm comfort and mobility. If you’ve selected any embellishments, we’ll finalize placement and details at this stage.
Pickup:
Your costume will be ready for in-studio pickup once finishing touches are complete.
