Your satisfaction is my priority, and I take pride in ensuring your garment fits and looks impeccable.
ALTERATION PRICING I regularly review my pricing to ensure competitiveness in Waterloo Region. Prices vary based on factors such as fabric, construction techniques, and special features. Below are starting prices for common clothing and dress alterations. Materials and related costs (e.g. mileage/ courier) are additional. *Current as of Feb 27, 2024. INITIAL ASSESSMENT AND APPOINTMENT BOOKING I offer a detailed, complimentary in-person assessment during your scheduled appointment. I will pin the garment and provide you with a firm quote at this time. To secure your appointment time slot for projects estimated at CAD $50 or more, a non-refundable Appointment Booking Fee of CAD $25 is required to confirm the booking. This fee is fully deducted from your final invoice. For simple fixes and standard services (typically under $50), this Booking Fee is waived.
PAYMENT An Appointment Booking Fee (if required) is automatically applied toward your total bill. For alterations over $50: A 50% down payment (less a paid booking fee) may be requested, with the remainder due upon pick-up. For alterations under $50: Full payment is due upon pick-up. I accept cash, cheque, or e-transfer.
