I offer a detailed, complimentary in-person assessment during your scheduled appointment. I will pin the garment and provide you with a firm quote at this time. To secure your appointment time slot for projects estimated at CAD $50 or more, a non-refundable Appointment Booking Fee of CAD $25 by e-transfer is required to confirm the booking. This fee is fully deducted from your final invoice. For simple fixes and standard services (typically under $50), this Booking Fee is waived.
